• We have a strict no refund & no return policy.

• We do not accept returns, as we cannot restock returned items due to health and sanitation measures.

Order Cancellations:

• If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately before your order is fulfilled.

Exchanges:

• If is an issue with your lash product(s), contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

• Please provide photos or videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Discounts & Promo Codes

• Promo codes are for one-time use unless specified otherwise.

• Codes cannot be applied to completed orders or subscription products.

• Misuse of a code may result in the remaining balance being charged to the customer.
